The world’s premium signature of cocoa, Trinidad and Tobago, is the southernmost links in the Caribbean chain close to the continent of South America. Trinidad and Tobago is the birthplace Trinitario cacao. “Trinitario” was coined by the Spaniards “from Trinidad” in the early 17th century. It’s an aromatic cacao and the production covers only 10% of the global cacao harvest.
